THREE TREASURES
We desperately need the grace of God in our lives every day, and there are three very important manifestations of this grace.
Remembering without ceasing your work of faith, and labour of love, and patience of hope in our Lord Jesus Christ, in the sight of God and our Father.
- 1 Thessalonians 1:3
We need a faith that works, one that is not all just talk. Our faith needs to be evident in the lives that we live. We need a love that labors. That is a love that serves God gladly, and sees service as the great privilege that it is. We need a hope that is patient. This means patiently waiting for the Lord to answer our prayers, bring deliverance, and certainly to wait for our Lord‘s return. May God grant that we will grow in faith, love, and in patience each day. And our lives will be greatly enriched by these three treasures.
