THE GOD OF PATIENCE
Love, mercy, and grace are all glorious attributes of God. But His patience is also truly amazing!
Now the God of patience and consolation grant you to be likeminded one toward another according to Christ Jesus. - Romans 15:5
One of His titles is the God of patience. His patience with us in our sin, weakness, unbelief, stubbornness, and tendency to wander is unbelievable! Just as it takes a little child a long time to grow into an adult, it takes time for every believer to grow to maturity, amidst stumbling, failure, and many self-made messes. But God is so patient with us. Now we should be likeminded and extend patience to one another. Freely we have received, and we must learn to freely give.
