LEAD ME, LORD
There are many dangers, toils, and snares through which we must pass in this world. And there are so many decisions to make. We cannot find our way on our own.
Lead me, O LORD, in thy righteousness because of mine enemies; make thy way straight before my face. - Psalm 5:8
Like David, we need to ask the Lord to lead us. Our enemy, the devil, is always looking for ways to trip us up or to cause us to live in fear. We can be sure that God’s leading is always in righteousness and in truth. He is both our Guide and our Guard of protection from the enemy. As we seek His help, He will lead us safely on by His Word and by the Holy Spirit, to the place of joy and fulfillment in life. Let us be committed to always following where He leads.
