GIVING MORE, RECEIVING LESS
Relationships with others are some of God‘s best blessings in this life, but we know that they can be very challenging.
And I will very gladly spend and be spent for you; though the more abundantly I love you, the less I be loved.
- 2 Corinthians 12:15
In our relationships with others, there will be times when we give more love than we receive. Likewise, there will be relationships in which we receive far more than we give. It is best not to measure how much we are giving and receiving, but just be faithful to love others as God has commanded. Know that we are actually learning to love like He does. When our love to others is not reciprocated, we can be assured of the unfailing love of God that He bestows continually.
