ALWAYS IN HIS HEART
The Lord loves us, and He cares greatly for us in all the details of our lives. He illustrates this perfectly well in the ministry of the Old Testament high priest.
And Aaron shall bear the names of the children of Israel in the breastplate of judgment upon his heart, when he goeth in unto the holy place, for a memorial before the LORD continually.
- Exodus 28:29
Jesus is our great High Priest, and in a very real sense, He carries us on His heart. Every problem, every pain, every tear that we shed is of great concern to Him. He not only cares for us, but He also guides us, strengthens us, and represents us in heaven before God the Father. Not one small detail of our lives escapes His notice. Because of this, we must pray, and we must trust in Him to carry us through all of the ups and downs of life. We are not on our own.
