GOD’S WILL CONCERNING YOU
The will of God is considered by many to be a mystery, but much of it is clearly revealed in the Scriptures.
In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you. - 1 Thessalonians 5:18
Whatever the other aspects of God‘s will for our lives are, it is His will for us to be thankful. And we should be thankful in every circumstance, but not necessarily thankful for every circumstance. Thanking God in the worst of times is an indication that we trust Him to ultimately work all things together for our good. It is the opposite of panic, complaining, or giving up. And when we obey the revealed will of God, then we are in a good position to receive the rest of the details of His will from Him.
