CHECK IT OUT FOR YOURSELF
One of the great needs for believers is to be people of discernment, and to be good students of God‘s word.
These were more noble than those in Thessalonica, in that they received the word with all readiness of mind, and searched the scriptures daily, whether those things were so.

Every believer should establish the habit of reading the Word of God daily. We should listen to every preacher or teacher that we hear with discerning ears. There are too many gullible Christians in the world today who are easily led astray. Beware of being a “man follower” more than a Christ follower. If the apostle Paul had those who compared what he said to what the Scriptures say, then everyone who stands up to proclaim the Word of God must be examined in light of the Scriptures.
